BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS)

All wage data is sourced from the BLS OEWS program. The OEWS survey produces employment and wage estimates annually for over 800 occupations across national, state, metropolitan, and nonmetropolitan area geographies.

Wage Suppression

BLS suppresses some wage values to protect confidentiality or due to small sample sizes. Suppressed values are shown as "—" on this site. Values marked by BLS as ≥ $208,000/year are also stored as not available.

Data Years

WageDepth includes OEWS data from 2019 through the most recent release, enabling multi-year trend analysis for most occupations and areas.
